On April 12, the Middletown Police Department and the United States Secret Service arrested David Crosby, 56, of Murphy Road in the Port Monmouth section of the township, on the charge.
Crosby was the owner of Crosby Site Work and Utility Inc., a business located in Port Monmouth.
