Port Monmouth Man Sexually Assaulted Teen, Indictment Charges
Michael Georgiannapatrick was indicted on two charges.
A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Port Monmouth man Friday on charges he sexually assaulted a teenager.
Michael Georgiannapatrick, 20, of Mercer Avenue, allegedly had sex with the 15-year-old on multiple occasions between Nov. 10, 2011 and Nov. 21, 2011.
Georgiannapatrick faces one count of second degree sexual assault and one count of third degree endangering the welfare of a child.
