Resident Indicted on Charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Curtis Sullivan, 25, was accused of endangering the welfare of a child following a February arrest.

A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Middletown man on one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a second degree crime.

Curtis Sullivan, 25, of Palmer Avenue, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child in February of this year.  According to the indictment, Sullivan caused the child harm, classifying the child as an abused or neglected child under New Jersey State Law.

The indictment does not state what caused the child’s harm, but it did state that Sullivan had assumed responsibility of the child who is under the age of 18.
