Police: River Plaza Man Dealt Heroin In School Zone

Arrests by Middletown Township, NJ Police:

March 11: Bartlett Lentini, 24, from Carpenter Street in River Plaza section of Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico and Ptl. Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit on warrants signed by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force for possession of heroin, distribution of heroin and distribution of heroin within 1000 feet of a school zone. He was held on $70,000 bail set by Judge Mary Casey of the Holmdel Municipal Court.

John Minnick, 55, from Bruce Rd. in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Greg Buhowski for driving while intoxicated.

March 12: Christie Dupont, 22, from Pine Cove Rd. in Englewood, FL was arrested by Ptl. Frank Mazza for disorderly conduct.

James Koenig, 55, from Brainard Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for violating a court order. 

March 13: Samuel Pepe, 22, from Kimberly Court in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for shoplifting from Foodtown.

David Mason, 27, from North Fox Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. John Soltysik for driving while suspended.

Laura Allocco, 50, from Shore Drive in Long Branch was arrested by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for driving while suspended for a DWI conviction. He was held on $5,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

March 14: Meghan Petitt, 28, from Bay Ave. in Middletown was arrested on by Ptl. Kent Thornton for burglary, resisting arrest, possession of heroin, theft and possession of a hypodermic syringe. She was held on $15,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

March 15: Leo Jankowski, 35, from Smith Place in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. John Soltysik for driving while intoxicated.

Robert Brooksbank, 25, from Riverside Ave. in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of xanax, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the New Brunswick Municipal Court. He was held on $15,200 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

William Lynch, 43, from Jersey Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Richard Fulham and Ptl. Anthony Bumbico of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

March 16: Sean Fitzpatrick, 38, from Concord Ave. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Scott Davis for driving while intoxicated and refusal to provide breath samples.

James Purcell, 47, from Prospect Ave. in Middletown was arrested on March 16, 2013 by Ptl. Adam Colfer for driving while intoxicated.

March 17: Jamie Keelen, 34, from Constitution Drive in Leonardo was arrested on by Ptl. Jason Carsuo for simple assault. She was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Jesse Stavola, 41, from Constitution Drive in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Frank Mazza for simple assault. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

March 18: Kate Penna, 22, from Tall Timber Rd. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for theft.

John Tortorello, 35, from Amherst Ave. in Colonia, was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico and Ptl. Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of a device to defraud a drug test.

Michelle Wells, 36, from Holmes Terrace in Freehold was arrested by Cpl. Gerald Weimer for disorderly conduct. 

William Royal, 66, from Fordham Drive in Matawan was arrested by Police Officer Janine Kennedy for driving while intoxicated.

March 19: Bartlett Lentini, 24, from Carpenter Street in Red Bank was by Ptl. Stephen Keller for providing alcohol to a minor.

Kayla Metz, 20, from Clubhouse Drive in Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Stephen Keller for eluding, driving while intoxicated and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Andrew Grimaldi, 18, from Newman Street in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Stephen Keller for possession of alcohol by a minor.

James Craggan, 44, from Main Street in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Dellatacoma for simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released after posting $7,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Alexandria Davis, 26, from Hillside Ave. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for simple assault. She was released after posting $2,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
