Police Search House, Charge 21-Year Old With Drugs and Weapons Possession

On March 29, 2013 the Middletown Police Det. Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Kolas Court residence. The warrant execution was the result of a month long investigation conducted by Det. Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the sale of marijuana from the residence.

The warrant resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Squicciarini, 21, of Kolas Court in Middletown was for possession of marijuana, possession of over one ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of hash, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.

He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold was on $35,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge John Tassini of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

March 21: Joseph Popailo, 39, of Kentucky Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Robert McNair for theft.

March 22:Mark Seitz, 45, of Park Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Richard Fulham and Det. Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger for Driving While Intoxicated.

Donna Diodato, 49, of Tiensch Ave. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 23: James Molloy, 34, of Powell Ave. in Clark Summit, PA was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Joshua Palmer, 25, of Misery Lane Factoryville, PA was arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer for simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Sean Figaro, 18, of Garfield Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana within 1000 feet of a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $3,500 with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Louis Cevasco, 18, of Tennent Rd. in Morganville was arrested by Ptl. Kent Thornton for possession of alcohol by a minor.

March 24: Thiam Nelson, 32, of Monmouth Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. David Crenshaw for driving while intoxicated.

March 25: Ptl. David Crenshaw arrested a 16 year old male juvenile from Port Monmouth was for criminal mischief, possession of alcohol by a minor, and obstructing the administration of law.

Scott Hadel, 26, of North Lake Drive in New Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico and Ptl. Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life unit for driving while intoxicated.

March 26: Ptl. Richard Belmonte arrested a 14 year old male juvenile from Middletown was for aggravated assault and obstructing the administration of law.

Ptl. Richard Belmonte arrested a 17 year old female juvenile from Middletown was for obstructing the administration of law.

Staci Popko, 24, of Monmouth Ave. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Scott Davis for driving while intoxicated.

March 27: Matthew Anibinder, 43, of Broadway Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for simple assault.

Tyking Miller, 19, of Wedgewood Circle in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Charles Higgins for simple assault and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Seaside Heights Municipal Court. He was held on $3,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

March 28: Vijaynaut Jagarnauth, 54, of Swimming River Rd. in Lincroft was arrested by Ptl. Michael Pintilie for simple assault.

Sgt. Paul Bailey arrested two 14 year old male juveniles from Lincroft was for delaying traffic.

Ptl. Charles Higgins arrested a 17 year old male juvenile from Leonardo was for disorderly conduct, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sandra Shaw, 52, of Route 36 in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Michael Allen for disorderly conduct.

Margo Bauman, 51, of Alexandra Way in Mechanicsville, MD was arrested by Cpl. Keith MacDonald for shoplifting from the Kohls Store.

March 30: Deirdre Colvin, 44, of Middlewood Rd. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Riffert for driving while intoxicated.

Brian Kelly, 23, of North Street in Highlands was arrested by Det. William Strohkirch for hindering apprehension.

Christopher Rosado, 24, of Main Street in Belford was arrested by Det. William Strohkirch for credit card theft and tampering with a witness. He was held on $15,000 set by Judge Richard Thompson.

James Postiglione, 48, of Chestnut Street in Port Monmouth was arrested on March 29, 2013 by Ptl. James Beirne on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court and unlawful possession of suboxone. He was held on $12,000 bail.

March 31: Anthony Karcher, 34, of East Ave. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
