Two Port Monmouth Road Men Arrested on Drug Charges Near Keansburg HS

Cocaine, heroin and marijuana possession, and intent to distribute, is alleged.

Two Port Monmouth Road men were charged by police for possession of drugs near Keansburg schools. 

Michael Durnin, 44, Port Monmouth Road in Keansburg was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and heroin, and with possession of the illegal drugs with intent to distribute, within 1,000 feet of Keansboro High School and Port Monmouth Road School. He is being held on $40,000 bail, no ten percent option, set by Municipal Court Judge Michael Pugliese at Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold. 

Andrew Croke, 18, of the same Port Monmouth address in Keansburg was arrested and charged on Friday with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and with possession of more than one ounce of marijuana with intent to distribute it, within 1,000 feet of Keansburg High School property.  He is being held in county jail on $25,000 bail, no ten percent option, set by Municipal Court Judge Michael Pugliese.
