Warrant(ing) Update from Middletown PD

Middletown police arrested the following people on outstanding contempt of court warrants ...

Carlos Ortega, 27, of Pacific Avenue, Middletown, arrested on Aug. 19 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and Patrolman Christopher Dee of the Quality of Life Unit on the charge of two contempt of court warrants issued by the Tinton Falls and Shrewsbury municipal courts.

He was held on $385 bail.

Clarkson Fisher, 30, of Gillville Lane, Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 19 by Patrolman Adam Vandetti on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Oceanport Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $114 bail.

John Engberg, 39, of Indian Key Drive in Holiday, Florida, arrested on Aug. 19 by Patrolman Darrin Simon on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $106 bail.

Debra Sambino, 51, of Greenwood Place, Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 20 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the East Brunswick Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $89 bail.

Michael Carlucci, 42, of Burlington Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 20 by Patrolman Robert Shannon on the charge of a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Kristel Roxas, 26, of Williams Street, Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 19 by Patrolman Joseph Ahlemeyer on the charge of three contempt of court warrants issued by the Aberdeen and Red Bank municipal courts.

She was held on $490 bail.

Louis Curcio, 43, of Deepdale Drive, Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 17 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Fair Haven Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $200 bail.

Jan Alberti-Mejia, 22, of Garden Terrace, Monroe, was arrested on Aug. 17 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth on the charge of four contempt of court warrants issued by the Monroe, Englishtown, South Brunswick and Newark municipal courts.

He was held on $597 bail.

Michelle Watson, 38, of Munn Avenue, Hillside, was arrested on Aug. 16 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

Christian Milanes, 24, of Erico Avenue, Elizabeth, was arrested on Aug. 15 by Patrolman Stephen Keller on the charge of two contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Linden municipal courts.

He was released after posting $1,500 bail.

James Oliver, 32, from Cedar Avenue, Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Christopher Dee and Patrolman Raymond Sofied of the Quality of Life Unit on the charge of two contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Hamilton municipal courts.

He was released after posting $470 bail.

Terrance Herron, 23, of Brevent Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 16 by Patrolman Jason Caruso on the charge of three contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

He was held on $490 bail.
