Warranting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people on contempt of court warrant charges:
• Cliff Carpenella, 22, of Central Avenue, Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 9 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $1,500 bail.

• Raymond Haupt, 39, of Woodland Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 8 by Patrolman Christopher Dee on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $1,500 bail.

• Charles Smith, 46, of South Pearl Street, Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 7 by Patrolman Felipe Benedit on the charges of a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court and contempt of court warrants issued by the Tinton Falls and Neptune municipal courts.
He was held on $23,067 bail.
• Robert Roselle, 24, of North Stevens Avenue, South Amboy, was arrested on Dec. 7 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer on the charge of contempt of court warrants issued by the Sayreville, Red Bank and South Amboy municipal courts.
He was held on $1,494 bail.
