Warranting Update from Middletown PD

arrested the following people on contempt of court warrant charges ...

• Michael Sarris, 50, of Dewitt Avenue, Asbury Park, was arrested on Nov. 27 by Patrolman Carl Roth on the charge of  contempt of court warrants issued by the Woodbridge, Middletown and Tinton Falls municipal courts.

He was held on $2,339 bail.

• John McDougald, 31, of Lawrence Street, Perth Amboy, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan on the charge of Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Tyron Whitley, 25, of Washington Avenue, Asbury Park, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Officer Patricia Colangelo on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Daniel Supienski, 23, of Ocean Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Union Municipal Court and on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held on bail.

• Steven Nalbach, 50, of Hamilton Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Albert Scott on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Newark Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Edwin Smith, 39, of Carr Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

He was held on $200 bail.

• Amanda Beck, 23, of West Shore Drive, Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Patrolman John Mele on the charge of contempt of court warrants issued by the Holmdel and Keansburg municipal courts.

She was held on $521 bail.
