Warranting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on contempt of court charges:
• Thomas Baeza, 48, of Atlantic Avenue, Aberdeen, was arrested on April 3, by Cpl. Patricia Colangelo, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Thomas Brophy, 23, of Bingham Avenue, Rumson, was arrested on April 3, by Cpl. Patricia Colangelo, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Todd Voorhees, 33, of Hurleys Lane, in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on April 3, by Patrolman Robert McNair, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Atlantic City Municipal Court.
He was held on $500 bail.
• Kristopher Miller, 27, of Webster Avenue, Seaside Heights, was arrested on April 4, by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $5,000 bail.
• Steven Nalbach, 51, of Hamilton Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on April 4, by Cpl. Richard Fusella, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Newark Municipal Court.
He was held on $1,000 bail.
