Warranting Update from Middletown PD

arrested the following people recently on contempt of court warrant charges:

• Virginia Finley, 28, of Mabel Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 17 by Patrolman James Beirne on two contempt of court warrants issued by the Manalapan and Middletown municipal courts.

She was released after posting $5,768 bail.

• Christopher Francy, 22, of Wedgewood Circle, in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 17 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Montclair Municipal Court.

He was held on $500 bail.

• Christopher Varmon, 33, of Gail Drive, Nyack, NY, was arrested on Oct. 19 by Patrolman James Beirne on two contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal court.

He was held on $1,550 bail.

• Ann Juarbe, 47, of Main Street, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 18  by patrolmen Felipe Benedit and Patrolman Anthony Gigante, of the Quality of Life Unit, on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

She was released pending a court date.

• Christopher Chrampanis, 38, of Nottingham Road, Ocean Township, was arrested on Oct. 18 by Cpl. James Keenan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Teodura Duarte, 38, of Beaconlight Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 18 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

• Charles Shaver, 51, of Highland Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 19 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,500 bail.

• Taisha Smith, 30, of Highland Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 19 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on contempt of court warrants issued by the Hazlet and Keansburg municipal courts. She was also charged with obstructing and investigation for providing the officer with a fake name.

She was held on $1,400 bail.

• Thomas Macarthur, 20, of Eighth Street, in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 18  by Patrolman Michael Pintilie on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Bellmawr Municipal Court. He was released after posting $89 bail.
