Warranting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on outstanding arrest warrant charges:
• Mindy Kurt, 40, of Maple Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 15, by Patrolman Raymond Sofield, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was released $250 bail.

• Raffaele Buzzelli, 49, of Center Street, Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 15, by Corporal James Keenan, on the charges of criminal mischief and a contempt of court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was held on $1,750 bail.
• Joseph Valli, 39, of Wedgewood Circle, in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 16, by Patrolman Donald Coates, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Sea Bright Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $819 bail.
• David Byrne, 48, of Locust Grove, Hazlet, was arrested on Jan. 16, by Cpl. Thomas Meckier, on the charge of a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, on $8,949 bail.
• David Wicki, 37, of Buttonwood Road, Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 16, by Cpl. Keith MacDonald, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $140 bail.
