Warranting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people on contempt of court charges:

James Best, 28, Maplewood Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested Oct. 3 by Patrolman Robert McNair on numerous contempt of court warrants issued by various municipal courts.

He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Jesse Pianelli, 21, of Ramsey Road, Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 3 by Corporal Richard Fusella on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Aberdeen Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $114 bail.

Timothy Ohare, 27, of Tindall Road, Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 3 by Corporal Richard Fusella on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $200 bail.

Denise Terracciano, 38, of Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, was arrested on Oct. 5 by Patrolman John Mele on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $625 bail.

Michael Shanahan, 25, of Ocean Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 5 by Cpl. Joseph Glynn on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. 

He was released after posting $530 bail.

Evan Eastmond, 20, of Seaview Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 4 by Patrolman Thomas Russo on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

 

Faith Comeo, 19, of Ocean Avenue, Union Beach, was arrested on Oct. 4 by Cpl. William Kennelly on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Aberdeen Township Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $250 bail.
