The intersection of Park Avenue and Henry Hudson Drive East in Middletown will be under construction and closed to through traffic through June 24, according to the township Web site.
The water company is currently working on replacing the water main in advance of the Monmouth County Park Avenue Bridge Construction project.
The water company needs to move the excavation to the west, beyond the Henry Hudson Drive intersection. This requires closing the intersection to traffic.

Local residents will still be able to reach their houses but Park Avenue will essentially be a dead-end street until this work is complete. The water company anticipates being done by June 24, weather permitting.
