Free Flu Clinics Announced for Middletown Residents

Two clinics available for children six months of age and older.

The Middletown Health Department will be conducting Flu Clinics on the following dates: 

  • October 24, 2012 – 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Middletown Arts Center, 36 Church Street
    Children 6 months of age and older and all Adults

  • November 5, 2012- 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Administration Building at Croydon Hall, 900 Leonardville Road in Room No. 9 
    Children 6 months of age and older and all Adults

Pre-registration is required. Call 732-615-2000 x2165 or e-mail the Health Department using the Contact Us form at www.middletownnj.org. Please provide your name, address, age, phone number, and preferred appointment time. Appointments will be scheduled on first-come basis. A confirmation e-mail will be sent. Clinics are for Middletown residents only. There is no fee for the influenza vaccination.

Many pharmacies,including those located in supermarkets also provide flu shots.i got mine at CVS last year and they accepted my insurance without a co-pay.Shop-rite pharmacy also accepts some insurance plans.Without insurance,it costs about $20. .

Oh, I am so glad to see that you are preserving history. My husband & I visited your town aRead More couple of weeks ago. My 9th Great Grandfather Thomas Whitlock is buried in the Old First Baptist Church yard. I was honored to stand on the porch of the home he helped build and lived in at Shoal Harbor. The name has changed to the Wilson-Seabrook House and now the Bayshore Activities Center. Wow! Too bad all the museum pieces were removed. I would love to have seen them.
