M'town Home Rehab Grants Available

If you are a Middletown homeowner, you may be eligible for home rehabilitation grant assistance through Middletown’s Community Development Program.

The grants, of up to $25,000 for qualifying households, are targeted to prioritize rehab for critical home repairs, such as any code violation abatements and/or roofs, electrical, heating and plumbing problems. They are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  

Middletown's Community Development Department will be hosting a meeting for interested homeowners to find out more about the program.

The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, at the Middletown Township Public Library, 55 New Monmouth Road.
