Middletown-Lincroft Road to Close
An area of Middletown-Lincroft Road will be closed tonight for road construction.
According to a notice on the Middletown Township website road construction will close parts of Middletown-Lincroft Road tonight.
Beginning tonight at 7 p.m. Middletown-Lincroft Road will be closed between Dwight Road and West Front Street. The road will be closed until 4 a.m.
The webpage asks that drivers follow the posted detours or plan an alternate route to travel. This road closure comes from the final phase of water main construction on the roadway.

According to the webpage, the project is following its anticipated schedule and there will not be any further daytime closures related to this project. Any questions regarding the closure should be addressed to the Police Department Traffic Bureau.
