No Action Taken at Library Board Meeting

There was no action taken by the 9-member Middletown Township Library Board of Trustees following their closed-door executive session Wednesday night, according to President Brock Siebert. 

The meeting had been convened to discuss the performance of a staff member, according to public notice. 
 
Present at the meeting were Siebert, Vice President Lawrence Nelsen, Treasurer David Siwiec; and members Vivian Breen, Robert Cordiano, Michael Vitkansas and Steve Monaghan. Legal representatives included attorney Armen McOmber and Special Labor attorney Matthew Giacobbe.

Absent were Mayor's Alternate Anthony J. Fiore, Superintendent's Alternate Cynthia Wilson, Board Secretary Wendy Latona and Library Director Susan Oneal.
