Sewerage Authority Auctions Off a Ford F250 Super Cab Pickup Truck

Minimum bid is $5,000 for the sealed bid public auction.

The Township of Middletown Sewerage Authority (TOMSA) is holding a sealed bid public auction for the sale of a 2006 Ford F250 Super Cab 4 x 4 pickup truck with more than 145,000 miles.

Mileage: 145,245 miles 
Eight foot Stahl Utility Body with Sliding Roof

Minimum Bid: $5000

The pickup truck has been regularly serviced by the Authority staff and is being sold as-is, according to the public notice that ran in the newspaper. 

The truck must be removed from the Authority property within ten days of the award of bid.
Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Bid Package by the Township of Middletown Sewerage Authority upon request.

The Pickup Truck will be available for inspection on Monday, July 7, 2014 between the hours of 12 noon and 3 PM. The authority mechanic will be available to answer questions.

Sealed bids are to be received, opened and read in public at T.O.M.S.A. Administrative Office, Thursday, July 10 at 10 a.m.

Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and 2006 Ford F250 Super Cab 4 X 4 Pickup Truck on the outside. The successful bidder must provide a certified check for the full bid price at the time of bid. The Authority Bid Form as provided must be utilized. 

The Authority will provide the vehicle title to the successful bidder. The successful bidder is responsible for registration and insurance for the vehicle. The Authority will require proof of proper registration and insurance prior to releasing the vehicle.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality where such informality is not detrimental to the best interests of the Authority.
