Township Committee Sets 2014 Meeting Dates
Regular and workshop meetings typically held on first and third Mondays of each month
Middletown's Township Committee will stick to its usual schedule of Monday night meetings in 2014—with a few exceptions.
Workshop and regular meeting dates for the new year were approved during the committee's annual reorganization meeting. The committee will continue to meet on the first and third Mondays of each month, save for Tuesday meetings in January, February and September.
Regular meetings:
Jan. 21 (Tuesday), Feb. 18 (Tuesday), March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17 and Dec. 15.
Workshop meetings:
Feb. 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug. 4, Sept. 2 (Tuesday), Oct. 6 and Dec. 1.
The 2015 reorganization meeting is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, according to the committee.
The public portion of each meeting is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., with executive sessions—which are closed to members of the public—held prior at 7 p.m.
