On the Auction Block: 18 King's Highway, Middletown

The very old, very large building is located across from Middletown Township offices.

An old, large building formerly used as a daycare for small children, located across the street from the Town Hall complex, will be put on the auction block on November 16.

The 7,800-square foot building dates back to 1820 and is located at 18 King's Highway.  According to Monmouth County property records, in 2012 the land and buildings were assessed at $1 million and taxes were $21,471. It was recently marketed for $850,000, but did not find a buyer.
