Middletown Resident Qualifies for Indoor Track Nationals after Winning Two Gold Medals

RTC Training's Caitlin O'Hare, 13, Middletown, will be competing in the USA Track and Field National Indoor Championships in two weeks after winning the 3,000 and 1,500 meter races this past weekend at the Northeast Zone Meet in Toms River, New Jersey.  On Friday night, Caitlin gained control of the 3,000 meter race quickly and won by ten seconds in an amazing time of 10:24.  After a short recovery, she came back on Saturday morning seeded fourth overall in the 1500 and took home another gold by finishing in first place in a time of 5:00.
