Job Search Skills for the Age 40+ Worker

Many age 40+ workers become discouraged when looking for employment, when in fact many resources are now available for job searchers in their age group, and many industries welcome mature workers. Job search expert Nancy Anderson will explain the most common mistakes that age 40+ job seekers make and will teach how to make the most of recent changes in the job search process. This hands-on workshop will take place Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 6pm at the Middletown Township Public Library’s main branch at 55 New Monmouth Road, Middletown, NJ.

The program is designed for people in this age group looking to either change careers, jobs, or who are re-entering the workforce after an extended absence. The session will also review networking, interviewing, and other related skills. The event is open to the public and free of charge and will take place in the Community Room of the main branch of the library.
