Want to Join the School Board? Three Seats Are Up in November
Monday, July 28 at 4 p.m. is the deadline for candidates to file nominating petitions with the county clerk.
The Middletown Township Board of Education will have three full term vacancies in the November 2014 General/School Board Election.
The terms of members Sue Griffin, Ernest Donnelly and Gerald Wexelberg will be on the ballot.
Candidates must file a nominating petition with the County Clerk’s Election office at 300 Halls Mill Road, Freehold, in order to get their name on the Nov. 4 ballot.
The deadline to submit the nominating petition is Monday, July 28.
More information about candidacy for the November election is posted on the New Jersey School Boards Association website, www.njsba.org.
Prospective school board candidates can obtain petitions at the Office of the County Clerk.
