Watch out for ghouls and ghosts Friday at Middletown’s Halloween Hullabaloo at the Poricy Park Conservancy.

Sponsored by the Middletown Township Department of Recreation, Middletown Arts Center, and Poricy Park Conservancy, the 5 p.m. event features costume contests, hay rides and pumpkin carving.

If spooks aren't your thing, celebrate the Middletown Public Library’s ninth year at its new location—and the township’s upcoming 350th birthday—during a Sunday family-friendly concert beginning at 2 p.m.

Performing are Timothy Broege, harpsichord and recorders; Irina Kovalsky, violin; and Katherine Harris, soprano.
