Visit Santa This Weekend at Middletown's High Schools

Family fun holiday programs scheduled Saturday at both schools

Both Middletown public high schools are inviting locals to share in some holiday cheer this weekend.

The Holiday Happening at High School South runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and features pictures and a breakfast with Santa, children’s activities including ornament making and face painting, and musical activities. Admission is $2.

Toys will be collected for children in need, and charitable donations to the Ronald McDonald House will be accepted.

More information on South’s Holiday Happening, including registration information, is available here.

Or, travel to the North Pole at High School North from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday for pictures with Santa, arts and crafts, children’s activities and light refreshments. Admission is free.

Donations of toys, non-perishable food and gift cards to Middletown Helps Its Own will be accepted, but are not required to enter the event in the school’s cafeteria.

More information about the program, which is presented by the class of 2014 and the Middletown Township Education Association, is available here.
