Bought a washer, it was delivered the next day i found a leak, the owner came out and found that the leak was in my wall, Thank you for all your help!

Horrific!!! bought all new appliances( dishwasher microwave, oven, refrigerator) and all have FAILED - computer boards, leaks, fans) and all I get from the owner is that his customers know they are buying JUNK!!! really I didn't - I spent 6,000.00 and expected things to work beyond 2 years. I left several messages and he never returns calls, I want to support "Local" never again, big box store for me, t hey are courteous and they woudl have fixed or replaced every one of these appliances, I am left wiht absolutely no appliance that does not need repair or replacement, ridiculous.

Be careful when they tell you the installation is included. Two times the installers showed up to install a microwave and range hood and both times they told me they had no idea they were to install these appliances. They did not have the right tools and did not even know HOW to connect the hood to my existing duck work, which I was told had to be done prior to installation. I was told to get the duck work done and they would come out and and connect the hood to the existing duck work. I got the duck work done and the installers had no idea what they were doing and I had to take the hood down and get it done myself. Community Appliance never returned any of my repeated calls and messages.

MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS ALWAYS USED COMMUNITY APPLIANCE. JR AND HIS SISTER MISTY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED IN RESOLVING ANY ISSUE WE MAY HAVE. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE RATE YOU AS A 10 NOT 5!!

Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We purchased all of our appliances from Community Appliance. After about a year, our Thermador range starting giving us problems. Unfortunately it was out of manufacturer's warranty and we had to pursue repairs through the extended warranty service. Another year later, the extended warranty company still could not find what was wrong with the range. Being so frustrated, we sought the help of Community Appliance to help us resolve the issue and they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Missy. She worked diligently to get the resolution we desired and I am happy to write that without her help, we wouldn't have gotten a replacement range! Their customer service is the absolute best! We wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to all our friends. Go support your local small business and check them out.....you won't be disappointed!
