I love this place very friendly and the bagles are the best in the around I don't know what Njdad is talking about I hope he stays away more for me and shorter lines,also I never seen the owner act like he was having a bad day always in a good mood

My family and I go there every weekend. The owner and staff are very friendly and if you are there often as we are they call you by name when you walk in. I also understand they donated bagels to the fire co. s to feed people after Sandy. They also donated footlong subs to the Christmas party the firefighters threw for victims of Sandy. They have truly made themselves part of our community. I will never go to any other bagel place. The food there is very good and the people AMAZING!!!
Very pleasant staff. They remember their customers. We have been going for close to 20 yrs. My son came home on winter break from college and they greeted him with a smile and hello. Bagels are fresh and they don't skimp on the cream cheese. The long lines in the mornings are clearly a sign of great bagels. Keep it up you deserve the FIVE STARS!
Decent bagels but the staff and owner are completely miserable. Not a shred of personality in this place and they DO NOT make you feel welcome. You sell an experience which keeps a customer coming back and this place sells rudeness. Not going back and I'm spreading the word.
Very good bagels, and unlike the previous reviewer, I've always been treated well. When there's a long line, maybe you shouldn't be taking your sweet time, you know?
I love bagels but I found the workers harsh on me there was a long line I was talking slow and she rushed me. They have to be nice to customors young or old.
