Old First Church is a beautiful, historic church located in the heart of Middletown. Established more than 320 years ago, in 1688, as the Middletown Baptist Church, it is the oldest Baptist church in New Jersey. It merged with the local United Church of Christ in 1967, and welcomes all who are searching for a way to live their faith through scripture. It is dedicated to religious freedom and social progress.
