Middletown Man Charged with Heroin, Cocaine Possession

The arrest of the 40-year-old man came the same week he was indicted for drug possesion in Neptune in July.

Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive was arrested by Holmdel police for alleged possession of heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam on Jan. 20.  Possession of these drugs is considered a third degree crimes. If convicted of a third degree crime, a defendant may face a three to five year prison sentence.  Police say Dickey was also allegedly carrying drug paraphernalia, specifically a clear glass pipe with cocaine residue and glassine packets containing heroin, a disorderly persons offense.  Dickey is being held at the county jail on $15,000 bail. Dickey was indicted on Jan. 16 by a grand jury in Freehold on charges of heroin possession in Neptune last July, and will stand trial to face the formal charges.

M’Town Pair Accused of Having Drug, Weapons Cache

Authorities say couple's two children were in the home.

Two Middletown residents are accused of possessing a drug and weapons stash that included cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy and assault rifles in the home they shared with two toddlers, according to an arrest warrant issued by the New Jersey State Police (NJSP). Edwin L. Class Jr., 30, of Clubhouse Drive, and Michelle M. Galioto, 28, also of Clubhouse Drive, were arrested on Friday with over 15 drug, weapon and child endangerment charges levelled against each of them. State troopers executed a search warrant on the residence following a joint investigation by the NJSP Troop 'D' Criminal Investigation Office, Maryland State Police McHenry Barracks, and Middletown Police Department Detective Bureau. Middletown police arrested the following persons on drug possession and other charges: • Daniel Scragg, 21, of Kenneth Terrace East, was arrested on Dec. 23, by Patrolman Greg Buhowski and charged with theft and unlawful possession of prescription medication. He was released pending a court date. • Kristie Lepard, 21, of Kentucky Avenue in the North Middletown section, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Cpl. James Keenan and charged with possession of heroin. She was released pending a court date. • Erik Nilson, 20, of South Lake Drive in the River Plaza section, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession…

Middletown police arrested the following people recently on various charges: • Taryn Ellis, 20, of Waterwitch Avenue, Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 3 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a fake driver’s license and conspiracy. She was held on $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson. • Mark Kraft, 25, of Aztec Court, Edison, was arrested on Nov. 3 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with uttering a forgery, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Police arrested adult, juveniles on DWI, drug possession charges

In the past two days, Middletown police made arrests based on charges of marijuana, cocaine and prescription drug possession and driving while intoxicated ... On May 5 at 3:45 p.m., police responded to Normandy Park in reference to a report of a person who had found a baggie containing marijuana and wished to turn it into the police. Upon arrival, Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia retrieved the marijuana from the caller and began an investigation. Officer Fenezia was able to determine that the marijuana allegedly belonged to a 15-year-old male juvenile who was playing in the park. Middletown police recently arrested three people on drug possession and distribution charges as well as driving while intoxicated … On April 20 at 2 p.m., the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force Bayshore Unit and the Middletown Township Police Department executed a search warrant at the basement apartment of # 813 Main Street in the Belford section of the township. The warrant execution was a result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics from the apartment. Police make several arrests in three days: drug possession, DWI, weapons

Middletown police make four arrests in three days, charging weapons, drug and DWI offenses ... On March 27 at 10:56 a.m., police responded to the area of Wilson Avenue in reference to a report of a man standing in the street swinging a weapon at passing cars. Upon arrival police officer Larisa Doriety reported that she found Sean Lynch, 25, of Danemar Drive, Middletown, standing in the street holding a leather belt with a combination lock fastened to the end and a knife. The officer drew her firearm and ordered Lynch to drop the weapons.  Sgt. Anthony Bagileo arrived as back-up and the officers were able to place Lynch under arrest without further incident. Prior to St. Patrick's Day flurry of police activity, arrests for drugs, arson and car burglaries

In the three days prior to St. Patrick’s Day, Middletown police had a major drug bust, an arson and  juvenile car burglaries … On March 16, at 3:00 p.m., Patrolman Adam Vendetti and Patrolman Albert Scott responded to a residence on Harmony Road in reference to a report of a subject who had allegedly set the residence on fire. Upon arrival the officers found smoke coming from the residence and a fire in a bedroom. The investigation conducted by the officers, along with Middletown Police Detective Peter White and members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, the Middletown Fire Marshall’s Office, and the Monmouth County Fire Marshall’s Office, determined that the resident, Christopher Bossick, 31, had purposely set the house on fire …

Man arrested on drug charges after police respond to burglary in progress call

When a man recently got locked out of his house, his attempt to get in ended in his arrest and charge of drug and paraphernalia possession. In reference to a report of a possible burglary in progress on Feb. 8 at 3 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown. Police had received a 9-1-1 call reporting that a male subject was attempting to enter the residence through a rear window. Upon arrival, police located Derek Donato, 21, inside the residence and ordered him to exit. Donato advised officers that he lived there, had locked himself out and was forced to gain entry through the window. Donato was asked to produce identification.
