Police: Woman Found With 17 Bags of Heroin
Fiona L. Gallagher was arrested in Middletown on Friday.
A Highlands woman was allegedly found in possession of 17 bags of heroin, according to an arrest warrant issued by the Middletown Township Police Department. Fiona L. Gallagher, 21, of Navesink Avenue, was arrested in Middletown on Friday, Nov. 16 and charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Patrolman Robert Shannon was the arresting officer. Gallagher was remanded to Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $2,500 bail. An initial appearance date has been set for Monday, Dec. 17.
