Police Search House, Charge 21-Year Old With Drugs and Weapons Possession

Also in the Middletown NJ Police Blotter: several DWI charges, assault and non-support.

On March 29, 2013 the Middletown Police Det. Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Kolas Court residence. The warrant execution was the result of a month long investigation conducted by Det. Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the sale of marijuana from the residence. The warrant resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Squicciarini, 21, of Kolas Court in Middletown was for possession of marijuana, possession of over one ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of hash, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.   The following information was released by the Middletown Township, NJ Police Dept on Jan. 14. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All were released pending a court date unless noted.  Jan. 7: Michael Centanni, 19, of Vermont Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Dellatacoma for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frane Pesa, 21, of Sunset Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. In the report: juvenile possession of "Molly," a hallucinogenic club drug; burglary and shoplifting.

  The following information was released by the Middletown, NJ Police on Oct. 24. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Middletown Police Blotter: Sept. 3-12

Teenagers alleged to have burglary tools; DWI charges and drug possession arrests are some of the crimes in the blotter last week.

The following information was released by the Middletown Police Dept on Sept. 13, 2012. An arrest is not a conviction.  On Sept. 3, Sgt. First Class Frederick Deickmann arrested a 17 year-old female juvenile from Holmdel for driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.  Justin Duda, 23, from Asbury Avenue in Atlantic Highlands was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Brady Carr for possession of drug paraphernalia. Police Blotter: Multiple Juveniles Face Marijuana Possession Charges

The following incidents occurred between Monday, May 28 and Monday, June 4.

The Middletown Police Department provides a blotter of recent police activities on a regular basis. The reports below are reprinted unedited from the release prepared by Detective Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger. The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
