Police Search House, Charge 21-Year Old With Drugs and Weapons Possession

On March 29, 2013 the Middletown Police Det. Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Kolas Court residence. The warrant execution was the result of a month long investigation conducted by Det. Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the sale of marijuana from the residence. The warrant resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Squicciarini, 21, of Kolas Court in Middletown was for possession of marijuana, possession of over one ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of hash, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon. Middletown Police Blotter: Sept. 3-12

Teenagers alleged to have burglary tools; DWI charges and drug possession arrests are some of the crimes in the blotter last week.

The following information was released by the Middletown Police Dept on Sept. 13, 2012. An arrest is not a conviction.  On Sept. 3, Sgt. The following incidents occurred between Monday, May 28 and Monday, June 4.

The Middletown Police Department provides a blotter of recent police activities on a regular basis. The reports below are reprinted unedited from the release prepared by Detective Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger. The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
