The following information was distributed by the Middletown, NJ Police Dept. on Feb. 22, 2013. An arrest does not indicate a conviction, and all are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Unless noted, all were released pending a court date. Feb. 13: Christian Cofone 38, from Clavendon Court in Middletown was arrested on by Ptl. Kent Thornton for simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal restraint. He was held on $12,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson. Feb. 14: Christian Cofone, 38, of Clavendon Court in Middletown was arrested by Sgt. Paul Bailey for DWI, stalking, and violation of a restraining order.
