Spring Lake Heights Police charged the woman for allegedly carrying two glass pipes with cocaine residue.
Spring Lake Heights Police said a Middletown Township woman allegedly showed up to her municipal court date with drug paraphernalia in her possession, leading police to arrest her after a security detail. Noemi R. Reines, 28, of Middletown, was originally in court that day to answer a traffic-related summons, said Spring Lake Heights Officer Zachary Ramp. Those entering the court room must pass a security check, which allegedly found a controlled dangerous substance on Reines, Ramp said. "Sgt. Andrew O’Neill discovered the items while searching personal belongings during a Municipal Court security detail," Ramp said. Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive was arrested by Holmdel police for alleged possession of heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam on Jan. 20. Possession of these drugs is considered a third degree crimes. If convicted of a third degree crime, a defendant may face a three to five year prison sentence. Police say Dickey was also allegedly carrying drug paraphernalia, specifically a clear glass pipe with cocaine residue and glassine packets containing heroin, a disorderly persons offense. Dickey is being held at the county jail on $15,000 bail. Dickey was indicted on Jan. 16 by a grand jury in Freehold on charges of heroin possession in Neptune last July, and will stand trial to face the formal charges.

A grand jury has weighed evidence and decided that three Middletown residents should stand trial on various charges. Amanda Wenninger, 23, of Main Street in Port Monmouth and Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive were indicted Wednesday on a charge of possessing "heroin and/or cocaine" on May 17, 2012. Kyle Clayton, 20 of Ironwood Court was indicted on Jan. 3 on three charges dating to July 20 and 21 at Ogden Court: that he threatened to kill another person, that he knowingly used criminal restraint and exposed the person to risk of bodily injury, and that he was in possession of methalone, an illegal drug. Arrest of a 24-year old on Jan. 2.
Middletown Police arrested a 24-year old Leonardo man on Wednesday, and charged him with possession of heroin and cocaine. Trevor Pituk of Center Ave is in the county jail in Freehold on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Richard B. Thompson, according to jail inmate information available thorugh DataUniverse. If convicted on the two charges, Pituk could face a 3 to 5 year prison term. Det. Raymond Sofield is listed at the complaintant. According to the database, Pituk is also facing charges of conspiracy and fraudulent use of a credit card by an unnamed agency. Bail was set at $5,000 on the conspiracy charge. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Daniel Puff, of Howell, allegedly got into a scuffle with a corrections officer after being found in possession of cocaine.
A Howell man stands accused of attacking an officer at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) after he was found in possession of cocaine. Daniel Puff, 32, of Howell, allegedly had packages of cocaine in his clothing when he was admitted into the jail on Wednesday, Sept. 14, according to an arrest warrant from the Freehold Township Police Department. He was also allegedly in possession of a hypodermic needle and wax baggies stamped “Paid.” Puff is accused of biting the left index finger of a corrections officer. Middletown police arrested the following people recently on various charges ... • On Sept. 6 at 5:00 p.m., Patrolman Michael Reuter and Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia of the Quality of Life Unit were on patrol in the area of the Spy House Museum in Port Monmouth when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot. The officers approached the vehicle and conducted an investigation which resulted in the discovery of a hypodermic syringe used for injecting narcotics inside the vehicle. A visit to a local park ended up getting three young Middletown residents, including a juvenile, arrested on myriad drug charges, including dealing. On July 13 at 5:55 p.m., Patrolman Jason Caruso and Patrolman Donald Coates were on patrol in the area of Kunkel Park, Brevent Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot. The officers approached the vehicle at which point they observed what they identified as marijuana and cocaine in plain view inside the car.
