Police Report Arrests for Crack Cocaine, Heroin and Marijuana Possession

The following information was released by the Middletown Township, NJ Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrest reports distributed by Lt. Stephen Dollinger of the Middletown Police Dept. on April 15. All were released pending a court date, unless indicated.  April 10: Justin Huelbig, age 22, from Middlewood Rd. in Middletown was arrested by Police Officer Janine Kennedy for criminal mischief. Cpl. Robert McNair arrested a 17 year old male juvenile from Belford, NJ, for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ptl. Christian Clark arrested a 15 year old female juvenile form Leonardo, NJ, for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police: Arrests for Theft, Drugs, and Failure to Register Under Megan's Law

The following information was released by the Middletown Township, NJ Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was distributed by Lt. Stephen Dollinger of the Middletown Police Dept. on April 15. Middletown NJ Police Blotter Jan. 25-28; Man Allegedly Tries to Flush Marijuana Down the Toilet

Arrests for drug possession, sexual assault and resisting arrest.

  Jan. 25: Jesse Ballard, 21, from Birchwood Lane in Middletown was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and obstructing a police investigation by allegedly flushing it down the toilet.  He was held on $7,500 bail set by Judge Thomas Scully of the Monmouth County Superior Court. Ballard’s arrest came after a four-month investigation into the alleged sale of illegal narcotics from the residence by the Middletown Police Det. Bureau and Quality of Life Units. The investigation was conducted after police obtained a search warrant for the residence, and was lead by Det.
