Affordable Housing Alliance, Neighbor

The Affordable Housing Alliance is a non-profit organization based in Eatontown, NJ which serves residents throughout the state of New Jersey.

AHA develops and sells affordable homes and provides housing-related services such as assistance for overdue utility bills, foreclosure assistance and mediation, rental housing assistance, home equity conversion mortgage counseling, new home owner education and counseling, financial literacy training, and housing rehabilitation.

AHA also offers a range of services specifically for households impacted by Superstorm Sandy such as affordable housing, homegoods replacement, rental security deposit assistance, and a home sharing program.
