Coleen Markey, Neighbor

Coleen Markey is a certified coach and the creator of My Soul Shack.  She inspires through storytelling through blogging, articles and motivational speaking in sharing her life’s journey to inspire others to shift their life story in finding purpose, strengths and meaning in times of adversity. 

As a life coach, she helps holistic life stylists (personally/professionally) who are seeking their authentic self and who struggle with limiting beliefs that keep them stuck learn to gain clarity, shift their internal beliefs and story, integrate their passions and talents so they can live from their life purpose to experience joy, fulfillment and abundance.

Coleen is a resident of Red Bank, NJ who grew up in Hazlet, NJ.  She finds inspiration through her love of the Jersey Shore which adds to her sense of aliveness.
