ReplyActually its Middletown, not North Middletown, not East Keansburg, its Middletown 07748...the fire station in the area is the East Keansburg Fire Co. What one chooses to call the actual area is up to them. But i live here, and its Middletown to me :)

My daughter is one of the so-called "underprivileged" from North Middletown.. Shes been reading since she was 4. And has been tops in her classes for years.. So keep your trap shut, and stop blaming others for the failure of the school. Maybe the "privileged" kids need to spend more time with their parents, and not babysitters and nannys while Dads out working 16 hour days in Manhattan, and moms getting pedicures and facials.

ReplyMr. Sandy Hook must've gotten a few tickets from Middletowns finest, and thats why hes so bitter. I live in this area of North Middletown, and yes it is not the best area. I often refer to it as Keansburg Plus. But tragic fires that are accidents have nothing to do with crimes and drugs. My heart goes out to the family that just lost a mother and sister. I did not know the family,but I may talk a walk over to the house and leave some flowers.

ReplyDisgusting filthy animals these 2 are, i wouldnt even call them humans!. That poor dog has been neglected probably since day one. How could they go on with their daily lives while Sammy was dying right in front of them. I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent, which still wouldnt be enough. Buddy Amato keep adding charges, anything you can think of, please. And Sammy i have been following your progress everyday,we are all pulling for you and pray that you make a full recovery.! You can do it Sammy!! <3

ReplyNo nickname for Demitri? this area is inundated with drugs.. people think its all Keansburg.. but Middletown is slowly taking over as the crack capital of monmouth county, such a shame.

ReplyI was out and about in Middletown today. I brought my mace, but would've felt much better if it was a gun. This can happen in any town. It is sick and sad that people like the suspect are roaming around just waiting to commit violent acts. None is safe.

I read that their cats are missing?? There are pictures of the cats put up all over facebook, doesnt sound like they are ok if they are missing.
