There is a heated town committee campaign going on in Lacey. Many comments on the Patch. I've posted & reposted many this week. They are removed almost as soon as I post them. (I removed a few of mine myself after being threatened by someone posting a comment) Nick, one of the contributers stated in a comment that inappropriately flagged articles would be reposted. Mine have not been. Can you investigate how my comments are being removed. One of your contributors is the spouse of a member of the opposing campaign. Would that Patch Assoc. have access to removing comments? It's a shame that freedom of speech is not respected on this venue for citizens to express their opinions.

I as well found that statement by Mare extremely offensive. The tea party movement is about less government, fiscal responsibility. There is NO proof or evidence that they are racist. That comment needs to be removed immediately.
