Middletown Arts Center Club MAC with Miss Maria
Join Club MAC with Miss Maria and friends at the Middle Arts Center - full-filled summer afternoons and evenings of arts activities for kids ages 4+. Upcoming Club MAC Kids Night Out evenings are Friday July 12 and August 16 from 6-9 p.m. Theme is "Peace, Love, & Art" Admission: $25 per child. Tie-dye and spin art and groovy games. Pizza, drinks and snacks provided. Enjoy a night out, while the kids hang at the MAC.
For those attending the MAC's Summer Camp or for parents just seeking a few hours in the afternoon to run some errands, Club MAC is held Monday-Fridays, 3-6 p.m. for $7 per hour in the MAC's art and music room. Weekly schedule: Movie Mondays: watch a movie, enjoy popcorn and play charades; Tropical Tuesdays: enjoy fruit smoothies, limbo/hula hoop and a Hawaiian dance party; Wacky Wednesdays: play oversized games & enjoy snacks; Carnival Thursdays: make sand art, play carnival games and enjoy cotton candy; and Campout Fridays: bring your favorite pjs, make s'mores and tell stories.
Club MAC is also hosting arts activities at Middletown's Free Summer Concerts at the Middletown Arts Center at 36 Church Street on the Great Lawn. Free parking. At the concerts kids will enjoy spin art and cotton candy as parents sit back, relax and enjoy the shows.
